STAFF SERVICE CENTRE web portal (staffservicecentre.csu.edu.au) is unavailable while the platform is migrated from Cherwell to ServiceNow. During this time the Cherwell desktop application and agent web portal are also unavailable. Once the migration is complete, you can continue to use staffservicecentre.csu.edu.au which will take you to the new platform.
