Service Disruption Details
STAFF - WEB CMS EDITING - Editors who login to make changes or preview webpages will experience access issues for the Squiz Matrix CMS web environment (https://www.csu.edu.au admin interface). Editors will be able to login initially but then be automatically logged out and see access errors. We are currently liaising with the vendor to find a solution. Note the public webpages are not affected and will display correctly.
Public facing live webpages are not affected. If editors have any urgent edits they can't perform today, please reach out to the web office at https://staff.csu.edu.au/division/information-technology/about-us/meet-our-teams/web-office/web-office-requests
