Service Disruption Details
CHERWELL - Version upgrade to v2024.1.3 - The Cherwell desktop client, browser client and portal (Staff Service Centre) will all be unavailable for extended periods on Saturday 30th August, but normal service is expected to return before the end of the day. Any emails received by a Cherwell-monitored mailbox during the outage will be processed as normal once the upgrade has completed.
