Service Disruption Details

INPLACE: SSO Issue has been resolved but the upgrade to 5.12 has not fully completed yet and the site is not fully functional at the moment. The site is up and running, but some areas have some issues, mainly around Agencies and performance issue. The vendor Quantum are working on it and advised they should have this fully functional by the end of the day.
