Service Disruption Details

DIT continues to monitor recovered servers and services and are now focussed on supporting the recovery of CSU-managed devices. All applications, and the majority of CSU devices, are up and running. If you're unimpacted upon start-up, you can connect to the network. We will prioritise device recoveries in the following order : 1). Student teaching space machines for Monday 0800 classes* 2). Student Central Service Centre & DIT Service Desk devices (including the limited re-opening of call queues for High Priority teaching support) 3). Public access and lab machines 4). Staff devices We have created a web form for registering your support needs - it can be accessed from any device at https://www.csu.edu.au/crowdstrike For more information, please visit https://www.csu.edu.au/crowdstrike-info * Teaching space AV machines will be functioning and facilitators can use them OR their own working device to present
