Service Disruption Details

CSU REPLAY (PANOPTO) - Monday 17 June from 1pm to 2pm - Panopto will be setting up the new integration in Blackboard. We do not expect any outage or disruption to Interact 2 or CSU Replay (Panopto).

Wednesday 19 June from 1pm - We will be running a conversion tool across all Interact 2 subject, course and organisation sites with CSU Replay (Panopto) content. This will convert all existing Panopto content to use the new integration method. The conversion process may take several hours. While no outage is expected, users may experience some delays viewing videos while this process is running. We have made every effort to minimise disruption.

Please avoid creating any new video content from Monday 17 June to Friday 21 June if possible.

There will be no change to user's Panopto access.
